of Mobarter’s mobile app, website, and services (the “Platform”). By

1. Definitions

To use Mobarter, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.Not be barred from using financial or crypto-related services under applicable laws.3. Account Registration
Users must register an account and complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.You are responsible for securing your account credentials and wallet keys.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect suspicious activity or fraudulent behavior.4. Services Offered
Mobarter provides:
P2P Crypto Trading: Enabling users to buy and sell cryptocurrencies directly with one another.Escrow Protection: Ensuring trades are secure by holding crypto in escrow until trade conditions are met.Bill Payments: Pay for utilities, airtime, and other supported services using crypto or fiat.5. P2P Trading Guidelines
All trades are subject to availability, pricing, and terms agreed upon between users.Once a trade is initiated, the seller’s crypto is locked in
escrow until the buyer confirms payment.Users must not cancel trades once payment has been made unless agreed upon by both parties.Disputes must be reported within the trade window and will be reviewed by our support team.6. Bill Payments
Mobarter facilitates bill payments through integrated third-party providers.We are not liable for delays or failures in bill settlement caused by third-party service providers.Ensure all information (e.g., account numbers, phone numbers) entered during bill payment is correct.7. Fees
Mobarter may charge transaction fees, which will be transparently disclosed before confirmation.Fees may vary depending on network congestion, payment method, or trade type.All fees are non-refundable except in cases of platform error.8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or illegal activity.List fraudulent or stolen assets for trade.Impersonate another person or entity.Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or tamper with the Platform or its services.Manipulate trades or engage in wash trading.Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.
9. Security and Risk
Crypto trading is inherently risky and prices can fluctuate rapidly. You trade at your own risk.We employ encryption and secure storage practices, but you are responsible for your own device and account security.Never share your wallet private keys, 2FA codes, or passwords with anyone.10. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises during a trade, both parties are encouraged to resolve it amicably.If resolution is not possible, Mobarter’s support team will
step in to mediate based on platform records.Our decision in a dispute is final and binding.11. Limitation of Liability
Mobarter is not responsible for losses arising from failed trades, hacks, or user error.We are not liable for the actions or omissions of other users.To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the last 30 days.12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (logos, trademarks, text, code, etc.) is the property of Mobarter.You may not use or reproduce any content without our written permission.13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for violating these Terms or applicable laws.You may close your account at any time unless involved in an ongoing dispute or investigation.14. Privacy Policy
